Questions, bug reports, and feature requests
Every message reaches a person, not a ticket queue. Write to support@rivuline.com — every message gets a reply, always within 30 days.
thoughtbubbl is built and maintained by RIVULINE Media. Whether something is broken, something is confusing, or something is missing, the same address handles all of it — there is no form to fill out and no account required.

Reporting a problem
Because thoughtbubbl keeps your data on your device, we cannot look up your account or inspect your notes to diagnose an issue — there is no account to look up, and your content never reaches us. That privacy guarantee means we rely entirely on what you can tell us. The more of the following you include, the faster we can help:
- What you were doing when the problem happened, step by step
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The thoughtbubbl version number (Settings, at the bottom of the screen)
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the issue is visible
Please do not send the contents of a private note unless it is genuinely necessary to reproduce the problem. A description of the note’s structure is almost always enough.
Feature requests
Requests are read and they shape what gets built. If you write in with one, say what you are trying to accomplish rather than only the feature you have in mind — knowing the underlying goal often surfaces a better solution than the one either of us started with.
Privacy and your data
Questions about what thoughtbubbl stores, what syncs, and what never leaves your device are answered in full in the privacy policy. Formal privacy requests go to the same support address.
You can export everything you have written at any time through Settings → Export as Markdown, and remove all of it through Settings → Delete all data. Neither action requires contacting us.
Before you write in
A few issues have quick fixes worth trying first:
- The microphone button is disabled. thoughtbubbl needs both Microphone and Speech Recognition permission. Check both in iOS Settings → thoughtbubbl.
- Reminders are not alerting. Notifications permission is likely off, or Focus is filtering them. Check iOS Settings → thoughtbubbl → Notifications.
- Notes are not appearing on another device. Both devices must be signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled for thoughtbubbl, in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Voice recordings stay on the device that made them by design and do not sync.
